On-tap at brewery:
Pours slightly hazed orange/amber with a creamy white head. Lacing sticks down the glass. A beautiful beer.
The smell is of robust citrus.
The taste is of semi-bitter citrus. Leafy, black peppery hop bite balanced by grainy sweet kiss in the finish.
It hits medium-bodied. Nice carbonation level helps keep it smooth.
Showcases this hybrid (of the C's) well while staying in APA style. Very enjoyable!
