On-tap at brewery:
Pours slightly hazed orange amber with a thin head that leaves trailing lace.
The smell is of tea-like herbal spicing, dried fruit and a hint of caramel/toffee.
The taste is of tea, dried fruit. Caramel comes through in a very balanced finish.
Very smooth. Medium-bodied.
True to style. (Would be great on cask IMO). Well-done! Cheers!
