On tap at Spin! Pizza in Topeka. Poured a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left some lacing on the glass. It smelled a little odd. Fruity and sweet notes. It tasted of bread crust, caramel and a very mild bitterness.

Pours a light gold colour with a thin head. Taste is typical kolsch, some carbonation, but not much. Nothing in this really sets it apart other than it's a craft beer...good to try if you're a craft connoisseur, but don't go out of your way to look for it.
