This copper colored German lager was brewed as a tribute to the beer festival held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. A rich tapestry of German malts, including Vienna, Pilsner, and Munich, provides a nice smooth canvas of flavors for the palate. A subtle hop profile from Northern Brewer and Czech Saaz rounds out the balance of flavors while the crisp, clean malty profile is accentuated by a Marzen lager yeast. Pair this beer with your favorite Schnitzel or Bratwurst! O'zapft Is!

On tap at Iron Rail. Poured a clear, amber color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of roasted malt, toffee and bread notes. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with a mild bitterness.
