Modern stand-alone building with its own parking lot. Interior is high ceiling industrial with glass windows on three sides. String lighting. Two long bars, one which fronts the fermenting tanks and other brewing equipment. Arranged tables with chairs. Outdoor patio. About ten taps, with a decent selection of styles. Full food prep kitchen, including for brick oven pizza. Friendly and helpful staff. Suburban brewery for the locals.

They DO NOT allow you to taste or sample and beers before you buy a pint - you have to buy a sample!?!?!
Talk about a recipe for people not coming back. I have never been to a brewery who doesn't want you to try a beer first. It's like they don't want you to come back or try their product without buying a 4oz. sample. This place won't be open long with that attitude; not to mention their beer quality....

I am hyped about this brewery because it is 5 minutes from my house and the area is need of local businesses like this. Lots of seating available. Found room even on a Saturday night a week after the brewery opened. Service was good, obviously there are some struggles after opening and it was a little slow at times as beer pourers are learning the system. Music was a little loud considering how loud the crowd was. Add the loud music on top of it and it is a bit much. But I'm a cranky old man so YMMV.

Good selection of different styles of beer. Had the Wee Heavy, which you don't see much of around here. It was good, a solid beer that I will go back for. The second beer I had was the Oatmeal Stout. I don't know how to describe it other than it felt like it need a few more weeks in the barrel. They also had a few different IPAs, a Kolsch, and a sour.

We ordered some pizzas and a pretzel. Pizza was good, pretzel was excellent. I won't go back seeking out the food, but can't go wrong with the offerings. I'm there for the beer anyway.

All in all I think it is an awesome addition to the area. I can't wait to go back and see how they evolve, especially after the kinks get ironed out.
