Red Buffalo Brewing

Old fashion recessed store front brewpub on the main drag. 3 sides bar to the left of the entrance seats about 10 with some tables about the room, an adjacent room, and on the sidewalk patio. A dozen beers on tap. Friendly bartender. Food truck.

The experience is always better when you get to meet and talk to the owner (Joe). We stopped in for a couple of beers before dinner and spent quite a bit of time with Joe and a couple locals and had a wonderful time. The main bar room is small, maybe ten bar stools and a couple of tables. The second room had twice the seating and a place for live music that we didn't stay for so I didn't get a true feeling for the vibe. He had a nice collection of eclectic decorations; we could tell he put a lot of effort into the place. The beers that I had were OK but not outstanding although my wife really liked the Blonde. Nice place to visit when in Statesville.
