16 oz can.
Pours a muddy, opaque burnt sienna color with a finger of fluffy off-white head. The head has fantastic retention and the lacing is gorgeous, but the hue of this beer is a shade or two short of diarrhea. Good looking beer, but just saying.
Strong aromas of sweet, bready malts, with some coconut, mango, and pine. Light citrus.
The flavor is more citrusy, bringing strong notes of tangerine and blood orange. There's some light banana and coconut as well as fresh pineapple. Finishes bitter and piney.
The feel is medium-full bodied with lower carbonation. Creamy and quite smooth. Alcohol is subtly present.
Overall, this is a pretty good and pretty interesting NEIPA. The flavor is a bit hard to place but it has this subtle tartness to it that reminded me of blood oranges. There's also banana in there because why not?
