this is the kind of thing that will just drink all night, a simple pale yellow blonde type beer but with the flavor of the honey fully present from start to finish, floral and citrusy in the most subtle ways, sweet but only a little bit, and with a very fresh malt profile that makes this beer much more than just an ordinary blonde ale, i really think they did a nice job with this, but all the beer in here was impressive from a quality standpoint. this has some body to it, not watery or thin or too minimal, and it has the right amount of honey essence leftover after the ferment, its not gone, and its not undercooked and sugary either. subtle elderflower and orange blossom, light lemon too, and a wheat element to the grain profile from what i can tell, body to it, earthy, cerealy, and summery. good carbonation, fluffy feel, easy drinking but anything but boring. not the most ambitious recipe on the list, but impressive execution. what they say is true, this place is making some really good beers!
