Enjoyed a quart of this brew with an awesome pizza at La Lechuza in El Calafate. Very refreshing and thirst quenching up front flavor. Nice carbonation and mouthfeel. Consistent body. Clean crispy finish. A very nice brew.

Amber Orange color with a creamy thin head with short retention, but leaving laces.
Aroma with notes of oranges, mild herbaceous, malt sweetness and flowers.
Flavor with notes of herbaceous pine, mild grapefruit, elderberry, oranges and some grapefruit. Dry aftertaste with a mild to medium bitterness. It feels somewhat lower than its 36 IBUs.
Light body with a pleasant carbonation.
This layback Session IPA was very pleasant and refreshing with herbaceous and citrusy notes. Not sure if the Elderberry contributed to change my mind, once I usually hate Patagonian hops, but here it felt good.
