Our unfiltered, unpasteurised and naturally hazy Keller Lager.
We take a classic German malt profile and pair it with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Perle hops for a clean, bready and crisp Lagerbier.
Perfect when paired with food and even better when shared with good company.
Brewed by and for the good people of the "Ding

Copenhagen 27/7 2023. 40 cl from tap at Bootleggers Craft Beer Bar, Rantzausgade, Kbh. N.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles thin puddles of foam floating about. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a scent of tart citrus fruit. Sweet pale malts, bread and lemon. A whiff of salt water.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong, slightly tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Solid, clean and crisp if not very adventurous.
