Piney, resinous classic West Coast goodness, with an East Coast twist.
Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo and Chinook hops were continually hopped throughout a 60 minute boil, a hopping method inspired by Dogfish Head Brewery, out on America’s East Coast.
We dry hopped with Simcoe and Cascade to add more piney, resinous bitterness and grapefruit notes to the aroma and flavour, all synonymous with classic West Coast IPAs.
This hopping method creating a huge cloud in the brewery, which combined with a classic meme from the Simpson’s inspired our name!
