The second of our Summer Sessions Range & this time we’ve upped the fruit! No less than half a tonne of juicy peaches were added to this kettle soured Berliner Weisse post fermentation.
So it goes without saying we let the peaches do the talking in this fruity, juicy and refreshing sour. Kettle soured over 3 days to hit a rounded sourness. Perfect for lazing away those summer afternoon.
