Hazy, soft-bodied form holding.
Hotside: Nelson Sauvin lays down core notes of ripe melon and white grape. Coldside: Dolcita intensifies the stone fruit saturation. Peach and mango lead the charge.

440ml can.
L: Opaque, chalky yellow with one finger of white foam that recedes to a cap and leaves a single arc of lacing.
S: Zesty lemon & lime.
T: Peach juice, pineapple gummies, Solero ice lollies. My first taste of Dolcita hops and they’re pretty wild. The Nelson Sauvin adds white wine and lime which sounds equally mad but does actually balance out the flavour profile… a bit.
F: Medium/light body verging on thin for almost 6% ABV.
O: A NZ/USA hopped Hazy that seems almost experimental, verging on dessert in beer form. I like Nelson Sauvin but it’s still a bit too much.
