A collaboration with Canalhouse. A Brett fermented Double Dry Hopped kettle sour. We used Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Trois and Brettanomyces Lambicus to primary ferment this sour, we then dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Amarillo to add a pithy orange character to the tropical pineapple notes produced by the brett. This beer is a one of nano batch so this is the only keg currently available!
