We’ve used Mango and Friends Fruit Tea in the boil and Mango pulp and vanilla in the fermenter. This beer uses maltodextrin instead of lactose.

500ml can conditioned.
L: Murky, beige colour with a head that disappears to a ring and leaves no lacing.
S: Light citrus/tropical fruit aroma with an edge of underripe strawberry.
T: Strawberry flavour dominates (courtesy of the Styrian Wolf hops?) with watery melon and apricot in the background.
F: Light body becomes thin and sharp.
O: I can well believe there is fruit tea here but I’m not getting much mango at all. Very dry and a bit tasteless.
