Hazy unfiltered, darker golden color. Brewed with forty five percent wheat spiced with Perle and Gerig Spalt hops. Weak carbonation and head. Wheat-malt aroma. Spicy, somewhat sweet with some yeast spiciness. Not as flavorful as the typical German wheat. Lightly spicy (hop) finish. Sweet aftertaste.
