Lots of of strong caramel and a touch of roast malts, fruity yeast esters, and no hop aroma. Nice and clear reddish brown with little head. Very caramelly with a great dark malt and hop bitterness at the end. Full bodied with the right amount of carbonation. Rate Beer has this listed as an amber ale, but I think it fits the Irish Red style better.

reviewed from notes:
A traditional amber ale with a red hue. Roasted barley influences the sweet malty character.
Pairs well with their traditional alfredo. Fettuccini pasta tossed in a creamy parmesan suce with vegetables.
Add grilled chicken breast or four grilled shrimp for a great meal.
