From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid little ale pours a clear
yet slightly chill hazed golden with a fantastic head of white foam that settles
to a thick ring and layer with excellent lacing. Nose of breaded malts, cracker,
herbal hop notes, and honey sweet malts. Flavors follow the nose with
breaded malts, cracker, honey, light herbal hops, and subtle citrus notes
of orange and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is light, smooth, medium light
effervescent carbonation, and a lightly sweet finish.
Overall---A SOLID BLONDE!
Cheers

12 ounce can, pretty sure Brutaltruth got a can of this for me at the brewery when we were there months ago. No dating on the can that I noticed. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a clear gold color with about an inch or so off-white head that stayed around a while. Lots of lacing, too. The brew smells like bready malt, honey and a bit of earthy hops. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some straw/hay flavors noticeable too. But overall I think the bready malt stands out in general. Mouthfeel/body is light, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. This is a good easy drinking brew, would be a lot better on a hot day but this works any time of year.

I'm trying this at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had faint hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with golden malt start then a saaz-like hop bitter finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.
