On tap at The North Market at Bridge Park, Dublin, Ohio. Served in a plastic cup because I forgot to ask for a proper glass. Very pretty amber color with a slight lavender tint and a decent white head that stuck around for a few moments. Light caramel on the nose and palate, with notes of dark bread, dried fruit, Belgian "funk," and a floral / hibiscus overtone. Medium bodied, well balanced, and a crisp finish. This turned out to be a stellar pairing with Vietnamese food. Overall, an excellent beer and a pleasure to drink.

12 ounce can, no dating on it but pretty sure Brutaltruth gave me a can of this after we visited the brewery a few months ago. Served in a Teku, the beer pours a clear amber color with not quite an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. I like the aroma, the brew smells like wheat/grainy malt, pineapple, hibiscus, peanuts and tropical fruit. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some bubblegum, grape skins and peppery spice flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's coating, smooth and has a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this brew, but for some reason I really taste peanuts in this one and I typically don't taste peanuts in tripels. Certainly worth trying though!

From the 12 oz can via the brewery whilst hanging out with Bluejacket74 and Laura.
This unique little tripel pours a clear pale pink with a moderate head of white foam that
sizzles to a thin ring, subtle dusty layer, and sports some light lacing. Nose of pineapple,
pear, apple, floral hibiscus notes, and bubblegum notes. Flavors nail it with floral
hibiscus, bubblegum, hints of coriander, pineapple, and pear with a dash of
spicy white pepper. Nice mouth feel; medium body, medium effervescent
carbonation that offers some very nice lift, and a lightly tart and floral
finish.
Overall----very nice and from a great little new to me brewery.
Cheers

I tried a pint of this beer off the tapper at the brewery. It poured a clear copper with pinkish hue that had white head which dissipated over time and did not leave any lace. The scent had subtle Belgian malt and and pineapple notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with a good mix of Belgian malt base and tropical fruit accents. The mouthfeel was lighter in body but with good carbonation. Overall it was a great beer.
