Description: Slightly cloudy and light yellow appearance with some white head and lacing. Cucumber is apparent in the aroma as is the tart saltiness characteristic of the style. The taste is well balanced: cucumber is clearly noticeable without overpowering the beer or drowning out the tartness. It's clean and refreshing...like a cucumber. The beer is medium to highly carbonated with a light body. Dry and crisp on the finish.
Overall: 4 (This beer is good and I may or may not drink it again) All in all, pretty good. As mentioned, the beer is balanced with different elements all fairly represented. If you're not a fan of cucumber (or gose) then take a pass on this. However, if those are alright with you then this is worth giving a try.
