From the 12 oz can in a snifter via the brewery while hanging with Bluejacket74 and
Laura! This solid fest pours a medium orange with a nice head of white foam that settles
to a thin ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some nice lacing. Nose of toasted malts, caramel,
and herbal hop notes. Flavors lightly exceed the nose with a fine presentation of caramel,
toasted malts, bread crust, and nice herbal hops with some spicy hops in there as well.
Very nice mouth feel; medium body, medium light crisp carbonation, and a balanced
finish that is faintly dry making this one a fine quencher.
Overall----great little brewery that impressed!
Cheers

12 ounce can, no dating I noticed on it. Brutaltruth bought a 6-pack when we were at the brewery last weekend and gave me a can, thanks again! Served in a dimpled mug, the beer pours a very clear amber color with about an inch and a half off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like toasted malt, caramel and some earthy/spicy hops. I think the taste is pretty much like the aroma but there's also some bready flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, smooth and a bit coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. Easy enough to drink! I liked this brew, once worth trying if you come across some!
