Taproom pour. Served chilled in a nonic glass.
Clear, brown colored body. Light tan colored head. Leaves behind short strings of lacing.
Aroma of sweet malt and caramel.
Taste is malty sweet, with flavors of caramel and a touch of plum fruit. Caramel/toffee in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth, with some stickiness. Slight bitter bite is countered by the sweetness. Good carbonation.
Complex malt brew.
