From a 16 fl. oz. can acquired at the brewery on March 28, 2022.
The appearance is a medium amber color under a lingering cream colored head and a slight fog. Not a haze. I would call it a fog.
Aroma of caramel malts and toffee to start and then there is a slight fruity or earthy sensation. What I like about it is that the hops are not in my face.
High-medium mouthfeel.
Sweet caramel and toffee malts to begin the tasting experience but then the mild to moderately bitter traditional earthy and only slightly fruity hops kick in and linger at the end. Balanced. Traditional.
