A new variant to our Bohemia Belgian, while keeping the base recipe the same we altered the yeast to help bring out some new flavors. The result was a slightly stronger Belgian with a bright, floral notes and a nice spice undertone. A drink that would work well on the pier or by a fireplace we think we just found your new summer nightcap.

Taster flight at Elk River. Pale yellow/golden with a soft white foamy head. Yeasty, Belgian-y aroma, bready. Taste is yeasty, malty with light floral notes.
