Look: It pours golden and clear with a white head. It has very good head retention.
Smell: It has a bready and strongly spicy aroma to it.
Taste: It has bread flavors with strong spicing and some grainy sweetness.
Feel: It has a medium body with a strongly spiced finish.
Overall, this beer is quite spicy and to me is missing the balance between the malt and the hops.

My first try from this Queen City brewery.First off it pours a brilliant shimmering bronze with a full two finger slight off white blooming head that slowly settles leaving a broken ring behind in its wake.Aromas of caramel and pizza dough with a metallic/iron tinge that lingers.Starts out with a dose of caramel than a nice toasted bread note in the finish, very bready and not overly sweet with leafy note coming thru.A very nice toasted Fest beer, hefty caramel but the baked bread/dough really is the backbone of this beer, very well made.
