This New Zealand-style IPA collaboration puts the spotlight on bold, aromatic hops from the Land of the Long White Cloud. Bursting with bright tropical fruit, citrus, and white grape notes, this style is known for its vibrant flavors and soft bitterness that lets the juicy hop character shine.
Our version clocks in at 7% ABV and offers a refreshingly modern twist on the IPA—perfect for those late summer hangs

I love this series of collaboration and state-wide theme-inspired beers. I picked this one up at a local brewery, just not the one that was the brewer. It pours a mostly clear golden color with plentiful carbonation and a tall white head. The foam is rocky and leaves an intricate lace. The aroma has a musty, woodsy, pine-like quality, mixed with a bit of pale malt and an earthiness. The taste is brilliantly balanced. One sip I think it tilts dry and the next sip seems to tip sweet. Solid hop bitterness throughout. Full body, yet drinkable. Well done.

16oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of fluffy foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, guava and caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
