A solid, little brewery that was out-of-the-way and that was a good thing...

Not located on a main drag and kinda hidden in a nook of sort,s, IPB has a decent parking lot that was cut blocked off today for some sort of party or event they were having on a Wednesday evening no less (good for them.)

The beers we had were solid, the service was friendly and serviceable, I just found the vibe to be a little off, maybe even a tad off-putting. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our time there and intend to return on a day where maybe there isn't something special going on...

The space is beautiful, lots of indoor and outdoor seating options with a covered patio, table and bar top stools plus food trucks. They have a few guest taps to round out there selection of core beers which are decent but still needs to be refined. For a new brewery they have a bunch of money and a solid outfit with 750ml bottles for sale, crowler canning station and organized events already keeping this brewery very busy on the weekends. Nice location in Orlando which is near good restaurants and other local bottle shops and bars but no food is served here so make sure to bring something to eat. The crowd was mixed when I got there; plenty of non craft beer drinkers acting trendy and people of all ages coming to check out the new watering hole in town. Pretty typical scene, lots of young parents torturing people with their screaming kids while live music is played in the corner and sports is streaming on large flat screen Tv's. It got pretty noisy and a bit annoying when drunk 40 something house moms kept stumbling into me at the bar while I was drinking my flight. I might not be going back. The service was great but the beer was just average.
