Presentation: Draft, served in a tulip glass.
Appearance: It develops a thick, one and a half finger head that stays around for a while and leaves some good lacing that covers the whole glass. It's a clear, dark gold color.
Smell: It smells of fresh coffee beans and grainy, sweet malt.
Taste: It's starts off with fresh coffee beans up front with a hint of cacao and finishes with some honey and malty sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth and medium bodied with medium-low carbonation.
Overall: It has the key stout flavors but looks different which is very interesting. The fresh coffee bean aroma and flavors as opposed to the dark roasted, ground coffee bitter ones, go well with this beer.
