Appearance: Dark brown, sort of cola looking with an amber hue. The ivory colored head was about average with some decent lace.
Smell: It had a very malty aroma it was very sweet and crisp at the end.
Taste:It had an odd flavor to it that I found in most of their beers. It’s sort of adjunct and I could not put my finger on it. Other than that it was mainly roasted malt with a mixed fruit aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Warm but a little bit thin.

Pours a clear, brown color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and poor lacing. Smells of yeast, slight acidity, a hint of hops. Does not fit the category of a Bock. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp with an average carbonation level. The beer is also very watery. Tastes of sweet malt, metallic, yeast, and slight citrus (raspberry). Overall, weak aroma, body, the blend is off, and really does not resemble a Bock.
