Served this "Dark Wheat" beer on tap at the brewery. Poured a hazy amber color produced a thin white head, poor retention and poor lacing. The aroma of this beer consisted of some malted wheat and clove. Light in body, this brew had the same off putting, well water flavor that the other beers have. Again, one of the worst beers I have ever had.

Appearance: A hazy amber body with more of a reddish hue. The head was a bit thin but the lacing was Okay.
Smell: I liked the smell there was a lot of clove to it from the yeast and some black pepper too.
Taste: It had that same odd flavor that was in most of their beers. It had a strange like fruity finish with a hint of banana and clove.
Mouthfeel: Very carbonated with a fair amount of bite.
Overall: It tasted strange and the bite was too much for this style.

Pours a cloudy, dark brown color. 1/5 inch head of an off-white color. Decent retention and poor lacing. Smells of yeast, slight sweet malt, and slight acidity. Almost indistinguishable from the Dark Bock in any way. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp with an average carbonation level. The feel is very watery. Tastes of slight wheat, citrus (raspberry), yeast, tart malt, and slight sweet malt. Overall, the blend is off, body is weak, and aroma is off-putting.
