Served this "Light Wheat" beer at the brewery. Poured a hazy golden color, produced a small white head, poor retention and left no lacing on the glass. The aroma was mild, not much beyond a little light wheat malt. Light in body, this brew was dominated by an off putting well water, funky taste. I dont know how this place stays in business.

Appearance: Slightly hazy gold body with a moderate amount of carbonation. There was a bit of off white head but the retention was not that great. The lace was also pretty weak.
Smell: There was not much to the aroma. A little wheat malt and that was it.
Taste: It had the same strange taste that the bock and the dark wheat had. A little clove and banana. An odd aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: It was a thinner version of the dark wheat.
Overall: These guys need to work on their wheat beers. They are much better at pils.
