Poured to a wine glass.
A: Body is coppery and mildy opaque. There's some deposit going on here. The head is beige with great retention, having 3mm thickness.
S: Aroma is mostly of caramel, molasses and slightly roasted malts.
T: Taste starts off with a sweet tone of caramel and molasses, maybe even belgium candi. Afterwards you get a more roasty touch incoming from mild hints coffee due to malts roastiness. Taste then finishes off with a bitter tone like an english bitter profile would have.
M: Body is medium to low. Carbonation is very vivid and probably in higher exposure than it should. Alcohol is unnoticed. Bitterness is medium high.
O: Nonetheless, this is an interesting English Bitter due to the all sweet touch that is balancing with the bitter tone.
