Herbal hops, light pils sulphur, a little bit of fruity complexity I can’t put my finger on. A little musty.
Mouthfeel is dry, crisp, and foamy.
Light rustic musty-hay-fruit Brett character. Some hop bite. Combined with the foamy mouthfeel and the taste, this seems like a Brett infection in its early stages. Very solid as a sessionable Brett saison, too dirty and funky for any type of Pils, Italian or not.
