The Cannoli Cowboy is a proud collaboration of the rich history of Vaccaro's Italian Pastry Shop and 1623 Brewing Company. Our stout is brewed with 400lbs of mashed in cannoli shells to create an easy drinking stout with the sweet flavors of natural vanilla and cinnamon.

5 oz pour at the brewery. This was my wife's favorite out of 8 beers we tried. It pours a dark, opaque near-black with very little head. Aroma and flavor feature cinnamon, dark malts, bitter chocolate, coffee, and vanilla. Pretty much what you'd want/expect from a cannoli stout, and very impressive at a mere 4.5% abv. 6-packs were available for $14 - not bad.
