Great memories of your childhood take the stage in this New England Cereal Kettle Sour IPA. Hundreds of pounds of cereal berries from your favorite Captain cereal directly in the mash. Soured in fermentation by using lactic acid producing ale yeast strains. Once fermented, hundreds of pounds of real fruit were added for that robust fruit-forward tang. Then a complex layering of cereal and fruit that bring back all the memories of your youth.
