Nordic RyePA
Inspired by Finish Sahtis, our take on a West Coast IPA starts with malt bill of 30% rye. We then dry-hopped it twice with classic “C” hops and aged it on juniper berries.

Poured from a 473ml can.
A: Pours a just off clear yellow gold with a thick foamy white head.
S: Rye grain and spruce trees
T: A rye IPA there but a aftertaste of Juniper.
F: Lots of carbonation, medium body.
O: Well at first the taste is rye but the Juniper takes over and it is like chewing on a fir branch. Bought one to try and that is it.

Ile Sauvage Brewing 'Nordique' @ 7.0% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a funky yellow gold from the can to a hazy yellow orange in the glass with a small white head leaving a spotty lace along the spiegelau
S-rye
T-rye IPA
MF-ok carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-one and done , no thanks
