For this Hazy Pale Ale, we fermented it with Voss Kveik yeast at very warm temperatures. We also hopped it exclusively with Azacca hops.

Appearance - Pours a cloudy ginger hue with three fingers of very effervescent, pillowy white head.
Smell - Fresh citrus (orange and lemon), sweet tropical fruits (pineapple and melon), spicy yeast aroma, hint of pepper, bready malts.
Taste - A blend of the citrus and tropical fruits, though predominantly citrus-forward, followed by bready malts, hint of caramel, and spicy yeast.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Slightly sticky with a dry finish.
Overall - A refreshing pale ale that can be enjoyed year round. I was very impressed by the appearance, particularly the billowy head. Good flavour, but nothing to call home about.
