Dark Sour with Raspberries
We’ve got something new for Valentine’s Day! We took our Dark Sour Base beer and aged it on heaps of Raspberries. « FRAMOUR » comes with waves of sour Raspberries as well as underlying notes of Chocolate and Coffee. We think it’s a sour dessert in a can.

Ile Sauvage Brewing 'Framour' @ 7.1% , served from a single 473 ml can
A-pour is a brown from the can to a funky dark brown in the glass with a interesting grey head leaving a streaky lace along the tulip
S-wheat malt !! ?
T-interesting taste at the start , raspberries hints in the swallow
MF-ok/mild carbonation , nice full body
Ov-not sure if I like it
