Sitka is our Golden Sour base beer aged on massive amounts of local Sitka Spruce Tips. The result is bursting with fruit aromas including blueberry, gooseberry and lemon candy.

Getting a tartness but the spruce hardly show up in aroma and minimal on the taste.On tap at the source. Spruce flavouring is very important to spruce beer fans.

Ile Sauvage Brewing 'Sitka' @ 5.0% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is light gold from the can to a hazy yellow/gold in the glass with a small white head dissipating leaving a minimal lace ring along the tulip
S-Sitka spruce tips
T-funky sweet sour , refreshing & tart , Spruce tips add interesting swallow
MF-mild carbonation , medium body
