Can: Poured a cloudy purple-ish color ale with a large pink color head with good retention with some lacing. Aroma of blueberry with some tart notes with some cinnamon also perceptible. Taste is a mix of blueberry notes with some tart notes and cinnamon notes, which are not in perfect harmony with the other flavors. Body is full with good carbonation. Weird mix of flavors that didn’t really work that well for me.

Ile Sauvage Brewing 'Bleuet' @ 5.6% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a cranberry red from the can to glass with a small pinkish head dissipating into a minimal lace ring along the tulip
S-hints of cinnamon & vanilla
T-kinda tart & refreshing , blueberries in the background , too much cinnamon thru out including the swallow
MF-mild carbonation , medium body
Ov-tad too sweet
