Decent enough sipper, and beets are healthy for you. On tap at The Drake bar. Where is the dark red colour or is it another variety of beets.Intersting enough.

Ile Sauvage Brewing 'Au Jardin' @ 5.6% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a funky fucia from can to glass with a small pinkish head , dissapating into a minimal lace ring along the tulip
S-beets & lemon zest in the background
T-tart & refreshing , slight bitter lemon zest finish
MF-ok carbonation , medium body
Ov-for a sour , this works for me
