Pale Ale fermented with a new yeast that generates thiols through biotransformation, releasing tropical aromas. Although we greatly reduced the hop amounts and made use of mash hopping, this beer has an incredibly punchy aroma and thick mouthfeel.

Haze amaze. I think Its in the powder. Interesting and substantive bitterness. On tap at the source.

Ile Sauvage Brewing 'Cosmique Pale Ale' @ 5.5% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is light gold from the can to a hazy light gold in the glass with a large white head leaving a spotty lace along the pint
S-smells tropical cause of a 'new yeast that generates thiols through bio transformation'
T-'dry' tasting pale ale , including a very rough 'dry' swallow
MF-ok carbonation , big medium body , not an easy drinking beer/pale ale
Ov-not a beer I will revisit , one & done
