From a 16 oz. can dated 11/17/21. Sampled Dec 10, 2021.
It pours an amber-honey tone underneath a disappearing off-white head. Decent clarity.
The aroma emits honey esters immediately as this is brewed with local NH honey. Then I pick up caramel and Belgian sweet malts, clove, coriander, bubblegum, and dark fruit. No alcohol on the nose.
The mouthfeel is medium or better.
The taste is sweet and malty with the honey coming forward but not overtaking it all. Then I pick up the Belgian spices and a slightly dry and bitter ending. Again, no alcohol. This was delightful to me.
