From a wax topped 650 ml bottle acquired at the brewery on its release date Dec 17, 2022.
The appearance is a handsome looking medium amber with ruby red hues when held to the light. A short lived tan head.
Aroms is roasted malts, vanilla, wood, low booze, and maybe cherry.
The mouthfeel is smooth and around medium.
The flavor is sweet and malty with notable presence of vanilla and cherry wood. The alcohol shows up more in the taste but it is still subtle. Warming.
