16 oz can pours a hazy orange-pink color reminiscent of a grapefruit with a small cap of fizzy off-white head that fades to a thin ring around the edge. Smells tart, fruity, and slightly salty. Taste is very puckeringly tart with notes of pear, cherry, strawberry, and other berries. The slightly salty flavor pairs well with the sourness. Light body with heavy carbonation mouthfeel and the typical aftertaste and mouthfeel you get with sours that are quite tart.
A good sour, but by no means outstanding. Probably wouldn't buy again but it was enjoyable.

Pours cloudy orange tan color with a 2 finger thick head that faded instantly and left basically zero lacing. Smells of wheat, musty basement, hay, grains, berries, herbs and some rotting fruit. Kind of blah on the nose.
Tastes very herbal and piney, with abundant fruit but nothing that really stands out except for the strawberry. It’s alright, but not my cup of tea. I like Billy and Nightmare, but this is a one and done for me.

Poured from a can into a Pint glass showed off the cloudy golden brew with a thick off white head, aroma held sour notes that were fresh and clean which could almost be tasted as you inhaled. The taste is where this Wild Sour really went above and beyond, I’ve enjoyed many Sours but this one had real staying power that had you craving the next sip to relish the tartness. The mouthfeel was light to medium as the tang enlightened the palate in all the right places for this style and lasted between sips, overall a fine example of a Wild Sour that I’m so glad I picked up!

Aroma is fruit/berries, malts and a hint of pine/spruce. The flavor is complex fruit/berries, malts, a hint of vinegar and a very tart/sweet/slightly tangy finish.

Pours a yellowish orange with very little head.
Smell is tart with notes of strawberries, cloudberries, pear, hawthorn and pear cider.
Taste is tart with nice acidity. Notes of lingonberries, cloudberries, hawthorn, pear and pear cider. Dry, and bit coarse, like pear juice. Notes of red berries on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and brightly carbonated.
Overall, a very nice sour, with plenty of Scandinavian flavors.

First time having a brew from Nightmare. The can art definitely catches the eyes and this beer sounds pretty, wild.
A- Fairly cloudy pour from the can into a becher glass. The beer is a pale golden and a one finger, foamy cap forms atop it quickly upon pouring. Head retention is pretty good and infrequent small sheets of lacing.
S- Sour with plenty of fruit in the aroma. Lactic acid comes to mind and I get a sense it will be pretty sour from smelling it. Overall the fruit comes off as sour berries but you can definitely pick up on strawberries, pear, plum and cherries if you look for it; the others I have minimal experience with but in the end it is a delightful blend of fruit, sour and a bit of funk from the bugs. Hints of stone fruits for sure.
T- The berry aspect here is intense but you still get plenty of pears to go alongside them, a moderate sourness and hints of whole grains. Berry cocktail with notes of grape, cranberry, pear, sour cherries and a touch of that jammy, seedy fruit flavor. Slightly funky but mostly tartness from the wild ferment. A touch of stone fruit skin and pith hints, probably those plums in the background.
MF- Light bodied with a medium level of carbonation. Fluffy and somewhat creamy describes the texture best and when all is said and done the beer has a moderate level of sourness.
The berries and tartness go well together and the pears add an interesting dimension to it all kind of balancing out those two on the whole. Wish I had more experience with the other berries but in the end well brewed sour with bold fruit additions.

I was expecting all kinds of red here, but it's actually a hazy burnt orange with a short off-white bubbly blanket quickly dying to a fluid but soda-like bubbling surface.
Tart and juicy with a little heat, the effervescence delivers a combination of everything that simulates a passion fruit sort of orange juice with accenting herbal qualities.
The body is medium-full, broken up by the lifting carbonation before the semi-wet finish that brings out a faint hint of toast in the exhale.

Poured from a can into a tulip glass. Murky orangish yellow color with nice initial head and little lacing. Pleasant tart fruit smell and taste. Tart cherries and berries, and a bit herbal. Pretty good sour.
