There is a date code printed below the barcode: "Canned on 12/16/22"
Appearance: Even while carefully pouring the beer it formed a supermassive head which dominates the glass and is being fed by a swarm of bubbles rapidly ascending. The body that eventually starts to form is slightly hazy and light gold in color. The oversized head is fluffy and white with great head retention. It leaves some nice wisps of lacing on the glass.
Aroma: There is a light floral scent which is a bit like floral soap. It has a simple and very light aroma which requires cupping the glass but it is nice.
Taste: It has an almost wintergreen mint and horehound flavor up front. Horehound to the center of the palate and it finishes with a minty character. Minty and woody aftertaste. The woody character at the end is pretty strong but it feels out of balance with the lighter character of the beer.
Mouthfeel: Very heavy carbonation. Light bodied with a semi-dry finish.
Overall: The over-carbonation of the beer becomes a huge chore to deal with when pouring this into a pilsner glass. While the minty character of the beer is interesting it seems out of place and at times awkward to drink. The label on the can states that this is a "Bohemian Pilsner fermented and Lagered on French Oak chips." It seems like the oak is coming through mostly in the finish but it pushes out the rest of the flavor of the beer.
While the minty notes were interesting I doubt I would buy it again and it's not something I would recommend given the alternatives on the market with better carbonation control and more balance in flavor.

The aroma is a strong set of florals and herbs, with hot baguette bread following behind. The body is crackery malt, and more of those florals and herbs, with some honey aftertaste coating the taste. It's a very complex and herbaceous pilsner that still retains the solid core of crisp breadiness common to pilsner.
