Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a stemmed glass.
Dark brown colored body. Light tan colored head. Leaves behind some short lacing strings.
Aroma of roasted malts and chocolate. A bit of toffee.
Taste is sweet roasted malts. Flavors of chocolate, toffee, and late arriving coffee. Noticeable coffee roast bitterness. Aftertaste uses all flavors.
Medium mouthfeel. Smooth texture with a finish that is somewhat dry and chalky. Good carbonation.
Pleasant enough sweet stout with just a bit of bitterness for balance.
