Made with our friend, and free agent brewer, Ian Powell. We used Barke and Bohemian Pilsner Malts as the base for the beer, and hopped it up with Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Centennial. Expect slight bitterness up front, followed by a honey sweetness from the malt and a citrus/tropical fruit bomb from the hops.
