Oyster Creek Brewing Company

This store front brewery located in a shopping center on Route 9 - not far from the Garden State Parkway. The tasting room is tiny; just a few tables with a small bar area. The brew house is located behind and you have to walk through it to use the rest room. There were only two other patrons when I visited but the owner was there and I was able to talk beer with him. The flagship Cream Ale called Yellow Cake was quite good and the DIPA was solid. They sell cans of some of their offerings. The brewery is located near the nuclear power plant and the names of the beers are nuclear-themed. Some of them are quite clever. This brewery may be unassuming but it is worth a visit.
