Poured from tap at the brewery into an English pint.
Clear dark brown color with a beautiful beige head an great curtain lacing. Subdued smell and taste of pumpernickel toast. Roasted malt. More like an English mild and this would be great with breakfast. Expected a bit more depth of flavor. Feel a bit thin for the style. Enjoyed the beer but a bit disappointed.
